2The Service
The consultant provides advice on the selection of computer components for the purpose of building or upgrading a personal computer. The advice is delivered in the form of a written report, including component recommendations, build guidance, and vendor suggestions.
3Price and Payment
The price for the service is a fixed amount of €210 including VAT (if applicable). Payment must be made prior to delivery of the advice via a secure payment link provided by the consultant.
4Right of Withdrawal
Because this agreement concerns the provision of a digital service (advice delivered immediately by email), the right of withdrawal expires once the report has been sent to the client.
5Liability
The consultant provides advice based on available information and expertise. The consultant is not liable for price changes, product availability, or damages resulting from the assembly process. The client is responsible for the physical assembly of the computer.
6Privacy
Personal data provided by the client will only be used to process the agreement and will not be shared with third parties.
7Disputes
Belgian law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the consultant's place of residence.
